Week 1: 8 miles, 2 runs
Week 2: 13.1 miles, 1 run
Week 3: 24 miles, 5 runs
Week 4: 28 miles, 5 runs
Week 4 and a smidge: 13 miles, 3 runs
Monthly total: 86 miles, 16 runs
I’m super pumped about how this month went. Since the WDW Half Marathon I have been nailing my workouts and I’m rocking on the long runs. It’s been really encouraging. This month I’m going to focus on yoga and integrating strength training; on my most recent long run it was wildly evident that I need to strengthen that core and my back! Like whoa!
Over all — a great month of miles.
