A 100+ MILE MONTH!
February was hard fought. I might have peaked a little early with my mixing of training plans but it ended great because my first run of March went amazing. I can’t wait for the rest of this month.
Also, running over 100 miles in 28 days is an extreme confidence builder. It was a great month.
Week 1: 6 runs, 40.97 miles
Week 2: 5 runs, 38.76 miles
Week 3: 5 runs, 25.73 miles
Week 4: 4 runs, 22.3 miles
TOTAL: 20 runs and 127.76 miles
